REVIEWS, ARTICLES, INTERVIEWS

CrimeFictionCritic: “This is a well-crafted novel with excellent writing, witty dialogue, and plenty of humor.”

Marcia Reading Past Dark: “The most engaging part of this book, and what swept me away, is the language. Ms. Paton, may I have another?”

FaithFictionFriends: “There’s an undercurrent of dark comedy running throughout the story, with some of the best stretches of dialogue between the police officers that I’ve read.”

Jayme_reads Dec. 19, 2020:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was definitely a solid crime thriller with characters that kept me guessing and intrigued. There were intense moments that had me turning the pages quickly. If your into crime books, this one is definitely for you!

SORRY ALL BOOKED UP Dec. 18, 2020: Review Should Grace Fail

This book was so good! The storyline had me hooked and i felt so much empathy and pain for the characters in this book! The authors writing style is wonderful and keeps you intrigued! The subtle twist and turns in this story were so believeable and made me feel as if i was a part of the story!

FAITHFICTIONFRIENDS Dec. 7, 2020: “Should Grace Fail is not the expected police procedural. It aims a bit higher and it succeeds as something more like literary crime fiction. What’s impressive is how Paton captures a diverse array of characters, making each seem credible and fully believable. It’s a good story, worth the careful reading it requires.”
